Duties and responsibilities: Becoming a nursing home administrator. Those looking to grow into a rewarding new career in the field of health care may consider becoming a nursing home administrator. After completing a master's degree in health care administration, one needs to gain state censurer in order to become a nursing home administrator.

Demand or need for this profession: a nursing home administrator are expected to grow 17 percent by 2024. As the U.S. population ages a nursing home administrator jobs will continue to be in high demand since the country will need additional long-term care facilities.

reflection: no i wouldn't want to have this profession because first of all i don't know how this is even considered a profession in the first place. Second i don't want to be nursing people in their house because i will feel like a babysitter for grown ups. For the last reason is for the simple fact that i don't want people checking up on me every second.

This relates to every single one of us.Values is something that you cant live a good life without. If you have values then you would just be a person who lives life with no intent. You would just be someone who simply just waits for their death.  Good values can be the reason that certain people like you or don't like you . As long as you live up to your values then you're doing life right.  battles about values are necessary daily in order to thrive. Good values do nothing but make the best person you can possibly be. If you don't have values then you don't necessarily care about yourself. It also better to the right thing than the wrong.

Reflection:  Do you think you would like to be one?  Why? Why not?

 No I would not like to be one they work to hard. I also wouldn't want to since I don't like the medical field.

Doing the right thing is always the best thing to do. If you do the right then you are getting the most from life. When you are truly happy is when you have made someone else feel happy. The best way to live a good happy life is live it the right way. When people like you it will be one of the best ways to boost your self esteem.  The only way you can be internally rich is by doing the right thing. Since whatever goes around ends up coming around. An internal phenomenon doesn't only affect you.  The best thing to do is to chose the right.

This tips are very true as they relate to us very well. The first tip is rue since nothing will come easy. also because you are just wasting your time if you are not working hard. the next tip is also true because if you don't do what you are interested in doing then you will love what you do. If do something that you are not passionate for then you won't enjoy the time of your life that you are doing that. If you do something for the money then the money won't end up meaning much because you wont be happy. Doing something for the money will be a burden that you will have to be forced to continue to do. If you do good things for other people then you will be richer spiritually. You will also get repaid in many other ways.It's always better to do the right thing.

Teen challenges

1. What are several of the major challenges teens deal with today?
     bullying,peer pressure,school,problems at home,grades

2. What are one or two major challenges YOU are dealing with today? What are you doing about them? Im dealing with keeping my physics,  and health grade up because in physics we have to do a project every week and sometimes I get lazy and don't do them. For health I just started bad and its been a journey bringing my grade back up.

3. How does being a CTR person help you to overcome any challenge you may face?
    To be honest I don't see any good reason to why being a CTR might help other than not getting yourself in trouble.

4. How can you help other teens to overcome their challenges?
    There is no right or wrong answer to this question but I believe that if students really want to overcome their challenges they won't need any help.

6. Reflection:  What do you think is the greatest need that teens have today?
    I personally think it might be money because who can't use more money, weather it is for school materials or for paying the rent. teens might also get affected if they know their parents cant always pay the rent or even for groceries , but some teens might actually need attention from their families or some teens are overwhelmed with all the pressure parents and school might give them.For example my sister is basically obligated to get straight A's because she has been her whole school career so my parents are strict with her on that.She also goes to many after school events that she stresses herself out. Me on the other hand I always failed most of my classes if not all throughout my elementary and middle school so I said to myself that I was going going to change that and here I am trying to change that. I also wasn't trying to fail high school so that's another reason why im trying to get good grades.

I guess I agree with this statement because it is hard and can be hard at times because God is always testing us to see if we choose the right option weather it is bad or good. I personally always try to choose the right and when i don't I don't feel the same. I guess at the end even if you don't feel like choosing the right it will always remain being the right.
