this quote is telling us that if you see everyone doing something that's wrong, it is not right for example if you were to see everyone in television and in public smoking and doing drugs it is still wrong if you do it. So don't amuse its right because everyone else is doing it. This was a short summary but I think I was very laconic. I also thing that response to "All my friends are doing it!"? "If all your friends jumped off a cliff, would you?" Similarly in today's world, it's not just teens that are making decisions to follow the crowd, potentially in ways that are not for the best.
